The Education Agency of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta (Disdik DKI) recorded that at least 128,346 students of vocational senior high schools (SMK) will sit the national exam (UN) to be held on the coming April 15.

The Head of Disdik DKI, Taufik Yudi Mulyanto, said that all students who have owned student identification number (NIS) are obligated to sit the UN. Taufik also said that they are unwilling to set a target on passing rate for participants of UN 2013. According to him, by setting a target, the burden of schools will be heavier, resulting in negative impacts to their students.
