The significant contribution of teachers to educational process has been investigated in the United States of America by involving at least 2.5 million students. Therefore, once again, teachers’ professionalism will continue to be an important factor for successful implementation of a curriculum.
Good teachers will be able and capable to change a curriculum, however unclear and disorganized it is, to be a meaningful learning program for their students. Moreover, if there is a positive combination of good teachers and organized and appropriate curriculum, the learning process will go smoothly and flawlessly in terms of the substance, methodology, and pedagogy.
