Any students of primary school (SD) have ever experienced discrimination as they are forced to be top-ranking students. This is a psychological load for students. The learning loads of primary school, junior high school (SMP) and senior high school (SMA) students are extraordinarily heavy. They have been ranked since SD. According to the Rector of Mataram University, Prof Sunarpi, this is a form of discrimination as top-ranks mean smart students and low-ranks mean stupid students. He says that he has carried out a survey regarding children with good achievements in SD, SMP, and SMA. When they enter university, the situation may be different. In other words, there is no linear relationship between the ability and capacity at school and those at the university.
