Teachers’ education pattern for application of 2013 curriculum will be altered from one way lecturing method to discussion and assistance class interactive method. National instructures and core teachers will follow the activity in April and May, while classroom and subject teachers will join in May to June. It will emphasize on mastery on concept, principles, implementation on 2013 curriculum, classroom teaching, and teachers motivation. Head of HR Dept. Ministry of Education and Culture, Mr. Syawal Gultom said the trainings will be conducted through to 2015 using training of trainers method where 3 core teachers will train 40 classrooms and subject teachers. Executive Dir. Institute of Govt. Reform Paramadina Uni, Mr. Moh. Abduhzen said that the 52 hrs training will be insufficient, especially if it lacks proper comprehensiveness on paedagogy and teaching philosophy. In relation to the policy that makes Entrepreneurship to be an obligatory subject in High Schools, Mr. Gultom said that the economic subject teachers will be prepared to take the duty. There are still some pros and contras on this obligatory subject because entrepreneurship education requires capabilities in innovation and creativity, while most of the teachers do not have proper understanding on entrepreneurship, and the relevance of its teaching in high school is still being questioned.
